Standard Shipping:

  • Free on all orders $120 USD and above

  • $15 flat rate on orders below $120 USD

Express Shipping

  • Free on all orders $200 USD and above

  • $20 flat rate on orders below $200 USD

• Courier Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 7 to 15 business days after ordering for express orders

 

🇨🇦 Canada Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Free on all orders $150 CAD and above

  • $20 CAD flat rate on orders below $150 CAD

• Courier Delivery takes 6 to 9 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving items 12 to 18 business days after ordering

 

🇳🇿 New Zealand Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Free on all orders $200 NZD and above

  • $30 NZD flat rate on orders below $200 NZD

• Courier Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 9 to 15 business days after ordering

 

🇦🇺 Australia Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Free on all orders $160 AUD and above

  • $25 AUD flat rate on orders below $160 AUD

• Courier Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 9 to 15 business days after ordering

 

🇮🇳 India Shipping

Standard Shipping

  • Free on all orders ₹2,000 and above

  • ₹200 flat rate on orders below ₹2,000

• Courier Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 7 to 12 business days after ordering

 

Order processing and delivery time

Order processing - most of our items are made to order - stitched from scratch in our tailoring unit and are ready to ship within 6 to 9 business days. Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.

Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will start processing the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

Please Note:
This timeline reflects our standard shipping policy. Items that include customizations such as piping or monogramming may require an additional 3 to 6 business days for processing.

p.s. Suits and Waistcoats take an additional 7-9 days to craft and will add to the delivery time if your order includes these.

 

Where does my order ship from?

OrganoLinen operates two fulfillment locations in India, one in Canada and one in the USA. Based on the availability of your product, your order will be shipped from the closest location to you, ensuring fast and smooth delivery.


International taxes and duties are on the house for orders within the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & India

Customs and/or import duties for orders inside the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & India are cleared by Organo and you shouldn't be bothered to pay by the courier. In case they do, kindly reach out to us and we will take care of it.

For orders outside of these regions, international charges may be applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
