If you’re not totally satisfied with your ORGANO purchase you may return opened or unopened packages within 30 days, together with your proof of purchase, for a full refund. 

Our Ultimate Aim is to Ensure the Perfect Fit for You. In the Unlikely Event That Our Products Don't Meet Your Expectations, We Offer Hassle-Free Return/Exchange Options as Outlined Below.
1. Return Product within 30 days to the locations mentioned below for a full refund.
2. Free Exchange with altered measures if they don't fit you well.
3. Local Tailoring reimbursement up to 20% on the order value of submission of receipt

There is a 30-day return/exchange window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your package to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it without any damages or stains.

The colors may be appear darker/lighter based on your screen resolution and setting. Returns for Color-based discrepancies are on a case by case basis. 

At Organo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that refunds are limited to a maximum of the order amount. Additionally, the responsibility for returning the products rests with the customer. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a smooth return process. We do not accept returns on fabric or gift cards.

We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be modified from its original form when purchased, dirty, stained, or damaged.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on Fabrics or gift cards.


Shipping-related refunds are only accepted on certain conditions.

- Refund/Exchange is offered if the package is lost by the Courier

Refund/Exchange is offered if the package is delivered delayed more than 5 days from the maximum estimated delivery time (for example, if express shipping is selected, it takes 3-5 business days and processing time is another 3-5 business days. In this case Refund/Exchange is offered if the order is delivered 15 business days past the order date.

- Refund/Exchange is offered for Special cases where the delivery date is critical and pre-approved by our support team (Email/Chatbot) before placing the order.


For Deliveries in India, there is only a 7-day return/exchange window, which means you have 7 days after receiving your package to request a return & get accepted. This is the standard for the Indian market.


Free 30-day Exchange with altered measures if the clothing doesn't fit you well. (Except in India where it is a 7-day window)

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Once your return is processed at our warehouse, your funds will be credited back to your original method of payment. You can expect to see this reflected on your statement within 3-10 business days. 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
