Shipping policy
We currently offer the following shipping methods
Standard Shipping:
• 🇺🇸 USA free for all orders above $90 (USD). For orders below $90, we offer a $15 discounted shipping rate
• Courier Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 7 to 12 business days after ordering
• 🇨🇦 Canada free for all orders above $120 (CAD). For orders below $120, we offer a $20 discounted shipping rate
• Courier Delivery takes 3 to 6 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 9 to 15 business days after ordering
• 🇮🇳 India free for all orders above ₹2000. For orders below ₹2000, we offer a ₹200 discounted shipping rate
• Courier Delivery takes 1 to 3 business days after the items are processed; So you are looking at receiving the items 7 to 12 business days after ordering
Order processing and delivery time
Order processing - most of our items are made to order - stitched from scratch in our tailoring unit and are ready to ship within 6 to 9 business days. Please refer to the product status on the product page for specifics.
Orders placed on Friday afternoons, during weekends, or National Holidays will start processing the next business day. During holiday periods, such as Thanksgiving, Black Friday and Cyber Monday, Christmas, and Easter, orders may be subject to delay. Please allow a few additional business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.
Where does my order ship from?
OrganoLinen operates two fulfillment locations in India, one in Canada and one in the USA. Based on the availability of your product, your order will be shipped from the closest location to you, ensuring fast and smooth delivery.
International taxes and duties are on the house for orders within the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & India
Customs and/or import duties for orders inside the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand & India are cleared by Organo and you shouldn't be bothered to pay by the courier. In case they do, kindly reach out to us and we will take care of it.
For orders outside of these regions, international charges may be applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Any of such fees must be paid by the addressee. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges and cannot foresee what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an order. You can also email us and we will do our best to help!
